Our team is led by Roger Warner, owner and Certified Master Inspector. Roger has over 25 years’ experience in Home Building, Remodeling and Residential Inspections. He is the father of 6 children ranging in age from 24 – 12 years of age. When not working for you, you can find him somewhere in the outdoors, camping, hunting or boating.
Kelly Warner
General Manager
Kelly Warner, General Manager. Kelly has worked as a teacher for the last 22 years. Her experience in the classroom serves her well in managing your home inspection experience. When not in the office Kelly enjoys reading, gardening, camping, hiking and boating.
Jennifer Martin
Office Manager/Director of Awesomeness
Jennifer Martin is our All Points’ Client Coordinator. While at work Jennifer is answering phones, scheduling inspections, sending emails and keeping our office running efficiently. Jennifer is a mother of two teenagers who keep her busy in her freetime. Jen is all about family, football, and cheerleading. When not at work you will find her supporting her families extra curricular activities, reading or crafting.
Jacob Warner
Inspector
Don’t let his youthful looks fool you. Jacob has years of experience and has completed 1000’s of inspections. He takes great pride in his work and loves helping people. In his spare time he enjoys hunting and watching movies.
Luke Guillory
Inspector
Luke is one of our top inspectors who takes his job very seriously. In his free time, Luke enjoys playing his guitar, going fishing and spending time in the gym.
David Brownlow
Inspector
David enjoys connecting and working with people. He says, “What I enjoy most about home inspections is our ability to help our clients make an informed decision.” Outside of home inspections David loves spending time with his wife and two girls. They like to explore the outdoors through hiking and camping. They also try and plan trips to foreign countries as often as possible.
James Snyder
Pest Inspector
James has over 10 years of experience in the pest industry and truly loves what he does. James believes every home is a new adventure stating, “Every little piece of evidence gives me insight into a larger picture of the home’s life story.” Outside of work, James loves to fish! He runs the largest Kayak Bass Fishing tournaments trail on the west coast. He is also a new dad of a beautiful and healthy boy, who has stolen the hearts of his wife and him.
Danielle Lozano
Business Development
Danielle works in business development. She establishes relationships with top agents throughout the area. In her free time she loves to be outdoors, camping, hiking and paddle boarding. She also has a cute puppy named Cody.
